Lace thongs are what it all has begun with. We presented the first prototype of handmade thong back in 2003. It didn’t take much time to see the articles published around the world about the new twist of famous Koniakow lace and the brilliant idea of Koniakow lace makers.  The idea of turning Koniakow lace into material for sexy g-strings raised emotions, disapproval and divided small Koniakow society in half.

Crocheted g-strings, making women proud and men excited is seen by some elders in Koniakow as sin and disgrace of an ancient respectful profession. Anyways – more and more lace makers are crocheting these little pieces of art using more and more sofisticated patterns as demand is constantly rising.
